Okay, so apparently I’m a little more obsessed with all things chocolatey than I’ve ever been willing to admit. And since this little blog here is letting the secret out, I see no reason to hide anymore. 😉 Especially since chocolate can be healthy, energizing, and detoxifying with an extra dose of happy, it would be kind of silly selfish not to share the goodness. I’m always trying to squeeze in as many veggies throughout the day as possible, and I have found that if I start eating them at breakfast time, it really sets the tone for the rest of the day. Anything you can make using only one pan has all respects from me. And who ever invented the cast iron skillet, I love them. Banana bread was one of the first things I ever learned to bake before going gluten free. It made me feel all Betty Crocker like, with my apron on, flour all over the place, the kitchen smelling like a bakery, and the kids…not to mention friends that dropped by- were always happy.
