Flourless Chocolate Cake with Pomegranate Ganache

This cake is like a Valentine’s Day picnic on the moon…I mean, if there was gravity and if you didn’t have to wear a space suit. Picturing it? An out of body, out of this world experience driven completely by chocolate cake.
